| As my services are in such high demand and I am travelling extensively in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, I may be unable to accommodate your request for a last minute booking, so please let me know well in advance of your travel plans.
If, due to some unforeseen circumstance, I find myself unable to make a scheduled trip, you will, of course be refunded 100% of all advance monies given to me. If you find yourself unable to travel and meet me, I will refund you all monies paid to me, less any expenses of airfare obtained and any other expenditure I incurred preparing for the trip.
Your financial considerations to me are a "gift" Any insinuation of illegal connotation has zero business here. Intelligent discretion is paramount in this venture and I will NOT compromise that in any way shape or form.
